Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill

“Beware of allowing the discernment of wrong in another to blind you to the fact that you are what you are by the grace of God.” (Oswald Chambers 1874–1917)

If we are not careful, we lose sight of our own imperfections and concentrate on our shortcomings. In Matthew 7:4 Jesus poses this question to keep us focused: “Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?”

God,  let us keep grounded in You so we see our faults only covered by the grace of Your love.  Amen.
