Grace is free, but when once you take it, you are bound forever to the Giver and bound to catch the spirit of the Giver. Like produces like. Grace makes you gracious, the Giver makes you give.” E. If we were to pay a price for our salvation either financially or by service we would figure up exactly what the cost is and try to ‘settle up’ as cheaply as possible.  The apostle Paul in Ephesians 2:8 reminds us, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.”  As a gift, we can praise God, the price has been paid and we are the recipients.

God, Thank You for Your extravagant gift to us. Amen.
