Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill

“Well done is better than well said.” (Benjamin Franklin)

There are men (and women) who either do not have the ability to express themselves very well, or may not feel it is necessary to verbally communicate what they have done; however, their actions speak for themselves. For example, I see men who get louder to try to intimidate others into thinking their way. That action still does not make their way always the right way. Jesus reminds us in Matthews 12:33, “The tree is known by its fruit.”

God, help us to remember that our actions may be drowning out our words.  Amen.
