Daily Nugget

Tuesday, October 11th, 2011.

Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“The real legacy of my life was my biggest failure—that I was an ex-convict. My greatest humiliation—being sent to prison—was the beginning of God’s greatest use of my life; He chose the one experience in which I could not glory for His glory.”
(Charles Colson)
The real beauty to me is that God knows every detail about our lives, even the shameful ones, and still loves us and wants a permanent relationship with us. The apostle Paul gives us a glimpse of the depth of God’s love with these words in Romans 5:8:
“God proves His own love for us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us!”
"God, thank You for using our weakness to see Your majesty.
Amen."

Bro. Bill

God is Love! Let us reflect that love.
