Worship is recognizing God for who He is; it is ascribing worth to Him; it is God's people telling Him about the worth they see in Him. In fact, worship could very well be thought of as 'worth-ship.'

God is worthy of worship! He placed worth or value in us by sending His son Jesus to pay the price for our salvation. Let us praise and honor Him not only for what He has done, but also praise Him for Who He is! The writer of Psalms 71:8 says,

“My mouth is full of praise and honor to You all day long.”

"God, You alone are worthy.
Amen."
