Saturday, July 3rd. Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“It’s silly to go on pretending that under the skin we are all brothers. The truth is more likely that under
the skin we are all cannibals, assassins, traitors, liars, hypocrites, poltroons.”
Henry Miller (1891–1980)

To pretend “I’m OK, You’re OK” as suggested by Thomas A. Harris in his book by the same title is to try to forget “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)

We only truly become brothers and sisters when we are adopted into the family of God by the blood of Jesus.

"God, Thank You for letting us be a part of Your family.
Amen."

Bro. Bill

God loves you and wants you in His family!
