Monday, June 14th. Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

"God will make us broken bread and poured out wine to feed and nourish others."
(Oswald Chambers, 1874–1917)

When we think ourselves to be something or someone, we thwart God’s purpose for our lives. He is able to use us when we empty ourselves and become the servant He wants us to be, even as His son Jesus did. Remember the word picture the apostle Paul painted of Jesus in Philippians 2:5-8:
“Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.”

Let our walk be so unselfish that God our Father might find us useful and that the world will see the reflection of Him in our lives.

"God, thank You for loving me and living in me.
Amen."

Bro. Bill

God loves you!
