When we find ourselves away from God we look around and realize God has not moved, but it is us who have wondered from His presence. Just as quickly He meets us when we just return the slightest bit toward Him. Jesus shares the picture of His Father in the story of the prodigals return in Luke 15: 20 with these words,

“When he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.”

Turn to Him, He is running to you.
