We've finally discovered that Al Gore was actually Tiny Tim in his former existence... and this video proves it.

Here we see young Al (acting as Tiny Tim) trying to terrify little children with the lie that the ice caps are melting... the tides are rising... we are all going to be drowning... and of course it is all because of our sin. (Following are the actual words.)

'The ice caps are melting, ho ho ho ho ho'
