When we are in total darkness, it is amazing how a small flicker of light--even lights from stars or a cell phone--brings a useful amount of visibility. In today’s dark society, we must be that ray of light this world needs to see. Jesus tells us in Matthew 5:14:

“Ye are the light of the world.”

What if each of us just brought a small ray of light to the world around us? What a difference we could make.

"God, let me show others the way to You.
Amen."
