Friday, October 2nd. Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.
“Anxiety does not empty tomorrow of its sorrows but only empties today of its strength.”
(Charles Haddon Spurgeon)
With all of the challenges of the day, many are paralyzed by worry. As a result, it is a proven fact that well over 50% of what is worrying folks never comes to pass.
The Prophet Isaiah admonishes us to encourage others with these words:
“Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees. Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompense; he will come and save you.”
(Isaiah 35:3-4)
"God, Thank You for the comfort You give me daily. Help me to lift up the weaker brothers and sisters.
Amen."
Give God Glory and praise.
