Day 10
When Humans Attempt to Supplant Yahweh #2

(or The Failure of Anthropogenic Global Warming)

The fear mongering attempt to convince humanity that humanity is both the cause and the solution to Anthropogenic Global Warming is doomed to fail. The reason is the same as those who attempted to control humanities unity by the pitiful efforts at the Tower of Babylon.

Humanity boasted that they would build a tower, they would not be divided... and Yahweh was obligated to take their challenge... the result... the great diaspora of humanity over the face of the earth.

Genesis 11:4-5 “Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower with its top in the sky. Let us make a name for ourselves; otherwise, we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth.”
5 Then the LORD came down to look over the city and the tower that the men were building.
(Holman Christian Standard Bible)

Mankind is not Yahweh... mankind cannot control themselves... much less control the environment of the earth.

For humans to say that they can control the climate of the earth is a direct challenge to the power of the Great I Am... and the Great One will not be overshadowed... nor ignored as some quibbling child.

The very moment that humans stated that humans could "turn down the thermostat" of planet earth they challenged Yahweh to a duel. The only weapon humans have against Yahweh is their mouth... yet Yahweh has all power and all authority.

xtnyoda has observed with great delight the preposterous posturing of humans against The One Who Is.

It is going to be a very cold winter.

Eric Hoffer, 1951 – “The True Believer – Thoughts on the Nature of Mass Movements”
P.11
“When hopes and dreams are loose in the streets, it is well for the timid to lock doors , shutter windows and lie low until the wrath has passed. For there is often a monstrous incongruity between the hopes, however noble and tender, and the actions that follows them. It is as if ivied maidens and garlanded youths were to herald the four horsemen of the apocalypse.
And p.12
“People who see their lives as irremediably spoiled cannot find a worth-while purpose in self-advancement...Their innermost craving is for a new life – a rebirth – or failing this, a chance to acquire new elements of pride, confidence, hope, a sense of purpose and worth by an identification with a holy cause. An active mass movement offers them opportunities for both...”
and P. 13
“ It is true that in the early adherents of a mass movement there are also adventurers who join in the hope that that the movement will give a spin to their wheel of fortune and whirl them to fame and power.”
And

p. 7
“ I am curious about Pechorin, a Russian intellectual of the mid-nineteenth century who wrote a poem on “How sweet it is to hate one’s native land and eagerly await its annihilation.”

It is curious how many hate the native land and long to see the day that she comes down... on both sides of the isle.

No difference between the far left and the far right.

curious.
