Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“I used to think that God’s gifts were on shelves one above the other, and that the taller we grew in Christian character the easier we could reach them. I now find that God’s gifts are on shelves one beneath the other. It is not a question of growing taller but of stooping lower; that we have to go down, always down, to get His best gifts.” –F.B. Meyer

Many times we find ourselves elevated to the throne of glory as we kneel to spend time with The heavenly Father. The world is looking for answers through spending, having more, and keeping up with the ”Jones'”, but the most important recognition comes when we find acceptance with The Father because we have been made Holy by a relationship with the Son (Jesus).

To get the in the right position with God we must follow the Bible in 1st John 1:9:
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

"God cleanse me that I might be the usable vessel You want me to be. Amen."

Jesus set the example; Let us follow Him?
