When Jesus was on His way to the house of Jairus, the multitude thronged Him, but only one poor, sick woman really touched Him (Mark 5:24-34). Today, multitudes throng the Lord at church on Sunday.

How many really touch Him?

The writer of James tells us,

“Draw near to me and I will draw near to you.”
James 4:8

What effect would it have on our world if church goers would come to touch and be touched by the God of the universe and not just be spectators? Visit God at His house, expect to receive His blessing, and remember that we are

"Not [to forsake] the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another.”
Hebrews 10:25
