DOWNTURN RISKS AFRICA CONFLICT
By David Loyn, BBC News

Mr Brown (Britain's Prime Minister) hosted African leaders in London ahead of the G20 summit.

African leaders have warned that parts of the continent could be plunged back into conflict if they are not helped to recover from the global downturn.

The stark warning came as they gathered in London to put their case ahead of the G20 summit next month.

The scale of the crisis faced by Africa because of the economic downturn is only now becoming apparent.

The head of the African Development Bank, Donald Kaberuka, called it an "emergency" at the meeting in London.

I seriously pray that this economic melt down has not been the result of a planned move to greater centralization of government's power. If this proves to be the case then the planners of this event that is going to cost untold millions... yea... even billions of humanity untold misery, suffering, and even death... should be held up to the highest courts of the world for crimes against humanity.

May the God of all Compassion expose them and lead us to overcome their feat.
