It might be interesting if we could see what our heavenly Father would like to give us if we were just to stay close to Him and ask.  James 4:2-3 reminds us: “Ye have not, because ye ask not. Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.”

God, give us the faith for our walk with You and the confidence to reach out for what You want us to receive. Amen.
