"The difference between education and experience: Education is what you get from reading the small print. Experience is what you get from not reading it." The same can be said for our attitude toward the Bible. We gain wisdom as we read and obey God’s Word, but when we neglect it, the experience  can be devastating.  The apostle Paul reminds us in 2 Timothy 3:16-17, “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”

God, thank You for Your word that we can read in our own language.  Amen.
