The world has enough critics and many who are ready to destroy us with their words. Rather than being critical, we need to be the ones to come alongside someone in need, offer them a hand of friendship, and speak words of encouragement. The writer of Hebrews 12:12 gives us these words by which to live,

“Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees.”

We need to be the first to praise others and thereby encourage those we see who not only need inspiration but also deserve it.
