I think we all have felt like Pogo did when we have faced, or are facing, life and its "opportunities." My dad often said, "Some days a man eats a bear, and other days the bear eats a man." The key in facing life is not to go alone, but to remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 28:20:

“Lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

"God, thank You for being with us through our challenges.
Amen."
