Friday, October 29th, 2010. Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

“The strength of a man’s virtue should not be measured by his special exertions, but by his habitual acts.”
Blaise Pascal (1623–1662)

You can fool some of the people some of the time and all of the people some of the time… Jesus throughout the New Testament is found is found teaching in the temple. Much of his acceptance to teach in the temple (even though most of the religious leaders were against him) is because from a boy he is found in God’s house. The writer of Luke 4:16 puts it this way,
“He came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read”.
Truly our daily habits reveal who we really are.

"God, thank You for the example we have through Your son Jesus.
Amen."

Bro. Bill

Have a Blessed day!
