They say it takes fewer muscles to smile than to frown. That certainly makes sense as we really do feel worse when our expressions are reflected off others' faces. What we need to do, then, so that we can touch others in a positive manner is to follow the advice of the Psalmist:

“Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.”
Psalm 100:1

Go ahead express yourself so others are touched positively.
