Today's cherished Nugget from guest blogger Pastor Bill.

God hears our prayers, and even knows our requests before we ask and wants to meet our needs. How many blessings do we miss just because we didn’t want to bother God with our trivial day to day requests? Is that the way you felt when your child came to you with a desire? I venture to say you were not bothered, but blessed when you were able to meet that need. The writer of James 4:2 tells us,

“You have not because you ask not.”

"God, forgive me for leaving the blessings You want to give us on the table by not asking.
Amen."
