Loving our neighbors is one of the hardest concepts for us to grasp, maybe harder than any other. It is easy to love the neighbor who loves us and is kind to us; however, it is tough to love the fellow man who is different from us or who is not friendly to us. That is why we have to do as Jesus would do, and that is to love through the eyes of God. Remember what Jesus taught us in Matthew 22:39:

“Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.”
