Rick has a disturbing video that he got from the borg conspiracy blog from a reporter that the borg conspiracy describes as,

Therefore, for a lady of this position to expose what she does about the proposed detention proposals by our president is... extraordinary.
Give Rachel seven minutes of your time... then consider and ponder the implications she posits.

Looks as if Obama is closing the gap that Bush left open as he is critizing him for disregarding the Constitution. As for me I think neither one of them gives a flip about the Constitution, they only want to sight it when it is to their advantage. Remeber we are classified as Domestic Terroists and we may have prolonged detention.

At least Bush was attempting to work within the constraints of the constitution. Obama is about to create from whole cloth a completely fabricated mechanism for him to imprison anyone that he can loosely demonstrate as a threat to the country (his administration).
